PROGRAM FORMAT: Activities, discussion, and feedback

PROGRAM CONTENT: Based on Group Development Theory and Group Process

PROGRAM SUPPORT: Mentorship and Networks

CANCELLATION: A $50 processing fee to be held back by the Olds Chamber if the participant cancels after the first class. No refunds will be issued by the Olds Chamber to participants after the 2nd class. Participants will not be accepted in any session after the 1st class.

PROGRAM Objectives:
  • To exhibit the qualities of an effective leader
  • To use leadership training to improve the community
  • To complete a community volunteer project
  • To complete a personal leadership portfolio

NOTES:

  • 50 instructional hours plus project requirements
  • Other sessions may be available, if demand requires it.
