In 2014, the Olds & District Chamber of Commerce launched the 'OLDS CHAMBER SHOP LOCAL - SHOP OLDS' Campaign and as one of the programs, the year round 'Exceptional Customer Service Award' was introduced. The purpose of this program is to encourage a community wide attitude of 'Customer First'. Customer service has always been recognized as the key to business success!

Following are the list of Monthly Winners for the Olds Exceptional Customer Service Award. Each month, the Olds Chamber recognizes an individual who has gone above and beyond, providing what a customer sees as exceptional service in an everyday situation. The monthly winners then have a chance to be chosen as the 'Annual Grand Winner'. The 'Annual Grand Winner' is announced each year during the October Business Awards Banquet.

As an addition to the 'Exceptional Customer Service' Program; the Olds Chamber is now offering a prize of $400 Olds Chamber Dollars to be spent at participating Olds Chamber Member Businesses. For every person that nominates an employee for this award; their name will be entered in a draw for a chance to win the $400 Olds Chamber Dollars. The winner of the $400 Olds Chamber Dollars will be announced at the October 2017 Olds Chamber Business Awards Banquet.

Watch for further prizes to be announced and included as part of the Olds Chamber Shop Local - Shop Olds 'Exceptional Customer Service' Program.
